RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Scented Blaze, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. That’s why we accept returns and cancellations under the following conditions.

Conditions for Return

To initiate a return, please contact us as soon as you receive your order via info@oriki.co or through our Contact form. The item must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

Please re-pack the item in its original packaging or a secure, waterproof package, ensuring all product labels and tags are still attached. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unaltered.

Make sure to include either the original proof of purchase or a note with your name and order number inside the return package so we can identify your order.

We will provide you with the return address once you contact us. Please obtain proof of postage from your courier or post office and keep it safe as proof of return. Returns sent without proof of posting may not be eligible for a refund.

For international returns, please clearly mark the outside of the parcel with "RE-IMPORT" and/or "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Please note:

  • Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Any import charges or customs fees incurred on returned goods will be deducted from your refund.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items

Refunds

We are unable to process refunds if the return does not comply with the conditions stated above.

Once your return is received and inspected, and if all conditions are met, we will process a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs and any additional fees) to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund process typically takes up to 21 days, which includes transit time back to our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

If a package is refused or returned to sender due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or other delivery issues, you will be responsible for:

  • The original shipping costs
  • Any customs fees or taxes incurred
  • The cost of return shipping

These amounts will be deducted from your refund. If the return shipping cost exceeds the value of the merchandise (including the original shipping fee), the package will be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty or defective item. We’re here to make it right.

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The product name (found in your order confirmation email)
  • A clear photo of the fault
  • A brief description of the issue

If you reach out via our Contact Us form, please be ready to reply with the image once we respond, as the form itself does not allow file attachments.

We will respond as quickly as possible and work with you to resolve the issue — whether through a replacement, refund, or other compensation, depending on the situation.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations can only be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.

Please make sure all order details, including your email and delivery address, are correct before completing your purchase.
